What is Reiki?
Reiki (ray-key) is a technique that aids the body in releasing stress and tension by creating deep relaxation. Reiki promotes healing on all levels. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words Rei means the higher power and Ki means life force energy. The Reiki system of healing is a technique for transmitting this subtle energy to yourself and others through the hands into the human energy field (aura). Reiki restores energy balance and vitality by relieving the physical and emotional effects of trapped stress. It gently and effectively opens blocked meridians, chakras, and clears the energy bodies, leaving a deep feeling of relaxation, harmony and well being.

What is Angelic Reiki?
Angelic Reiki is based on the principle that our energy systems are developing and expanding, and so we are now able to receive healing energy that carries a higher energetic vibration. Angelic Reiki comes from the Usui and Shamballa Reiki and was brought forward by Archangel Metatron who channelled this powerful healing system to Kevin and Christine Core between October 2002 and February 2003. Angelic Reiki does not require symbols or hand positions to be used in a certain format. As the healing energy is very powerful treatment times are generally shorter.
